Preferred Vendors: We have a preferred list of caterers and we strongly recommend choosing from the list to ensure a great event. There is an 8% service impact fee for preferred caterers.
Outside caterers: Can be used upon approval by Manor House management. There is a 15% service impact fee for outside caterers.
Security/Damage/Cleaning deposit: A $500 security deposit is required on all bookings.
Outside Vendors: MHWP reserves the right to deny access to any vendor or company that is not in good standing with the property.

The Preferred Vendors are familiar with our facilities and policies, and provide seamless service on the grounds. For the best experience possible, the Preferred Vendors are recommended.
